Editorial Policy
How the Gabapentin.top Editorial Team creates educational material—and what we refuse to fake.
Last updated: August 20, 2026
Who the “Editorial Team” is
Gabapentin.top is written and maintained by the site’s editorial staff. Byline links point here, not to a fictional physician. We do not claim board certification, hospital affiliation, or “medically reviewed by Dr. …” status, because no licensed medical reviewer is on staff for this site.
How research is performed
Writers start from the question a page is supposed to answer (for example, what gabapentin is, or what labeling says about antacids). They consult primary labeling and agency pages listed in the sources policy, quote or paraphrase those documents carefully, and distinguish official text from plain-language explanation.
What sources we accept
Preferred sources are FDA, DailyMed, MedlinePlus/NLM, CDC when the topic is infectious-disease context such as shingles, and DEA when the topic is federal scheduling. We do not treat anonymous forums, affiliate blogs, or unsourced social posts as evidence.
Informational purpose
Content is for general education. It is not individualized medical advice, a diagnosis, or a prescription. Readers should confirm decisions with a licensed clinician or pharmacist. See the medical disclaimer.
What we will not do
- Invent authors, reviewers, credentials, publication dates, studies, or DOIs.
- Claim FDA approval for uses that are not on the relevant product’s labeling.
- Build a personalized dose or taper calculator.
- Help anyone buy gabapentin or skip a legitimate prescription.
- Copy the same paragraph across articles with only the keyword changed.
Updates
When an article is substantively rewritten, the last-updated date changes. Cosmetic edits may not. Labeling can change; readers should rely on the Medication Guide that came with their own dispensed product if it differs from an educational summary.
